Eurodrut ships orders within Poland and across the European Union.
Orders are dispatched on business days, subject to product availability in stock.
Delivery time depends on the selected transport method and the type of goods.

Personal pickup conditions

pickup is possible after prior confirmation of the order by email or phone

no delivery costs for personal pickup

the complete order is released after confirmation that the goods are ready
Order processing time
Orders are processed as follows:

stock items → usually within 24 hours
-
larger quantities → according to commercial confirmation
-
special orders / cutting / packaging → delivery time agreed individually
Delivery time = processing time + carrier transit time.
Delivery costs
Delivery cost:

depends on the weight and dimensions of the shipment

is displayed in the cart before placing the order
For larger orders, the cost is agreed individually.
Checking the shipment
Upon receipt, we recommend:

checking the condition of the packaging
-
in case of damage, preparing a damage report together with the courier
This facilitates any transport-related claims.

The document is sent electronically or included in the parcel.
Additional information

shipments are processed only on business days
