ODR Platform – Out-of-court dispute resolution
Information for consumers
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, consumers are informed that they may use out-of-court methods for handling complaints and pursuing claims arising from contracts concluded online.
For this purpose, the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available, operated by the
European Commission.
The platform enables:

submission of a complaint online,

referral of the case to an appropriate mediation body,

amicable resolution of disputes without court proceedings.
