Flexible Insulations for Windings and Electric Machines
Flexible insulations are a group of electrical insulating materials used in the production, repair, and regeneration of electric motors, transformers, and other electrotechnical devices. These materials combine high electrical strength with flexibility, allowing them to be easily adapted to the shape of windings, wires, and structural elements of electric machines.
Flexible insulating materials are primarily used for insulating the windings of stators and rotors, separating layers of windings, protecting wires, and safeguarding active components operating at elevated temperatures. Properly selected insulation affects the safety of device operation, increases their durability, and improves resistance to moisture, temperature, and chemical factors.
Various types of flexible insulations are available in the offer, used in the electrotechnical and electromechanical industries, including electrical insulating pressboard, electrical insulating paper, polyester and polyamide films, DMD type multilayer materials, as well as specialized insulating laminates used in the windings of motors and transformers.
The materials are available in various thicknesses, widths, and temperature classes, making them suitable for both industrial production and the service and regeneration of electric machines.
Sales Information:
Some materials are sold by weight and cut from production rolls. Orders are fulfilled with accuracy to the nearest possible weight of the order. Some flexible insulations are available only in full production rolls (e.g., approx. 100 kg), which constitute the minimum purchase quantity.
