Right of Withdrawal from the Contract (Consumers)
A consumer who has concluded a distance sales contract (via the eurodrut.pl online store) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason and without incurring additional costs, except for the costs specified below.
The 14-day period is calculated from the day the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, takes possession of the goods.
Legal basis: Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal?
Step 1 – Notification
Send a withdrawal statement:

in writing to the company’s registered office address.
Step 2 – Return of the goods
Return the product within 14 days from the date of submitting the withdrawal statement.
The goods must be properly secured for transport.

Costs

the cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer,
-
we refund the price of the goods and the cost of the cheapest available delivery method,
-
the refund is made within up to 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal statement (we may withhold the refund until the goods are received).
The payment will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the parties agree otherwise.
Condition of the returned product
The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The goods should be:

complete,

undamaged,
-
unprocessed,
-
not assembled.
When does the right of withdrawal not apply?
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to:

products made to order,
-
personalized goods,
-
materials cut to size,
-
products prepared according to the customer’s specifications,
-
goods which, after installation or processing, lose their original commercial form.
This applies, among others, to production components prepared for a specific order.
