Description
ANTIFLASH 505 is a two-component epoxy electro-emulsion designed to protect the windings of electric motors and metal components requiring electrical insulation and protection against moisture or aggressive chemical vapors. When mixed, it creates a hard, well-adhering coating with high mechanical strength and very good thermal conductivity.
The coating protects the windings from sparking between the collector and the winding or the motor housing. Its smooth structure limits the accumulation of dust, moisture, and metallic particles, increasing the safety and durability of the motor's operation.
The paint cures at room temperature through a chemical reaction and does not require oven drying. The usability time of the mixture is approximately 24 hours, and full curing occurs after 48 hours.
Key technical parameters:
type: two-component epoxy electro-emulsion
color: red (RAL 3011)
thermal class: H (180°
