Description
CATALYZER 500 (DI160) is an industrial catalyst for polyurethane resins, designed for applications in the production and protection of electrical components, including motors and transformers.
The product contains polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate (PMDI) at a concentration of >50% and is intended for professional technological processes requiring controlled reactivity of the polyurethane system.
It is characterized by:
- high reactivity in PU systems,
- stability under recommended storage conditions (5–35°C),
- viscosity of approx. 200 mPa·s,
- density of 1.23 g/cm3,
- flash point of 200°C.
The product is intended solely for industrial applications.
