Description
DIAPOL 518 is a two-component transparent polyurethane resin designed for potting, sealing, and protecting electronic and electrotechnical components. The product creates a clear, flexible mass with very good insulating properties after curing.
The resin features low viscosity, allowing it to penetrate small spaces effectively and enabling precise potting of sensitive electronic components. The transparent structure of the material allows for visual inspection of components after potting.
After curing, the material exhibits good resistance to temperature changes and mechanical shrinkage, maintaining stability in temperature ranges from approximately -50°C to +130°C. Due to its low exothermic reaction, the resin is suitable for potting delicate components.
