ROYALAC 129 – fast-drying electrical insulation varnish class F 5 kg

ROYALAC 129 is an electrical insulation varnish based on fast-drying synthetic resins designed for the impregnation of windings in electric motors, stators, rotors, reactive coils, and transformers.

The product can be applied by dipping, and as a finishing varnish, also using a brush or spray. It is recommended to impregnate the elements at room temperature to ensure proper penetration of the varnish into the winding structure.

The varnish dries at room temperature. For larger elements or windings with difficult solvent evaporation, it is recommended to dry at 100–120°C for about 2 hours, depending on the technological conditions of the impregnation process.

The varnish meets the requirements of thermal class F (155°C) and can be used in the production and repair processes of electric motors, transformers, and other devices operating under demanding conditions.
