Description
ANTIFLASH 214 SR is an insulation electro-coating designed to protect electrical components operating at high temperatures. The product is based on modified silicone resins, which provide very good thermal resistance and durability in demanding working conditions.
The preparation is used to secure the windings of electric motors and other elements of electrical insulation. It can operate continuously at temperatures up to 180°C (class H) and is resistant to aggressive vapors and material aging processes.
The product can be applied with a brush, spray, or after appropriate dilution. To achieve maximum thermal properties, curing in an oven at 120–130°C is recommended.
Key technical parameters:
color: red / gray
thermal class: H (180°C)
density: 1.04 g/cm3
viscosity (Ford 4 / 20°C): 45 ±10 s
solid content: 50 ±5 %
drying time: approx. 15 min
breakdown voltage (0.2 mm): 770–930 V
