Description
RELEASE AGENT 1 kg is a professional, solvent-free silicone release agent designed for removing products from molds (unmolding). The product is a colorless, slightly yellowish, viscous liquid with very good thermal stability.
The preparation is designed for use with:
- polyurethane elastomers in the casting process (e.g., automotive components, technical parts),
- polyester and polyurethane resins, - epoxy resins,
- melamine and phenolic resins,
- metal molds,
- as a protective agent for silicone molds.
With 100% solid content, the product provides a durable release layer, good surface quality of the product, and the possibility of multiple uses. It can be diluted with isopropyl alcohol depending on application needs.
