Description
ROYALAC 158/4 is an electrical insulation varnish based on thermosetting resin designed for the impregnation of windings in electric motors, stators, rotors, and transformers.
The product can be applied using immersion or vacuum methods in impregnation-drying installations. It is recommended to immerse the components at room temperature or up to 40°C. Curing occurs at a temperature of 130–140°C for 2–4 hours, depending on the technological conditions.
The varnish meets the requirements of thermal class F (155°C) and can also be used as class B (130°C). After curing, it forms a hard, mechanically resistant coating that ensures electrical stability and protection of the windings.
If necessary, to reduce viscosity, the product can be diluted with Diluyente F-5 thinner.
