Description
WE 203 is a water-based electroinsulating varnish designed for the impregnation of electrical components requiring high thermal resistance and effective electrical insulation. The product is based on a thermosetting synthetic alkyd resin.
The varnish is primarily used for the impregnation of transformers, reactor coils, and windings of electric motor stators requiring temperature class H (180°C). The product has UL certification (UL File E465060), confirming its use in the insulation systems of electrical devices.
Once cured, the varnish forms a durable insulating coating with good moisture resistance and resistance to chemical agents. It also provides high mechanical strength and good compatibility with enameled wires and insulating materials.
