ROYAPOX 5050 CD is an epoxy system designed for potting, sealing, and protecting electronic and electrotechnical components. The product is used in applications such as electronic modules, transformers, coils, capacitors, and other components requiring durable electrical insulation and mechanical protection.
Once cured, the material forms a compact structure with high mechanical resistance and very good dielectric properties, ensuring stability and protection of components in various working conditions.

Mixing ratio: 100 : 20 by weight
Pot life of the mixture: approx. 60 minutes (25°C)
Full polymerization: 3 hours at 100°C
Once cured, the material forms a compact structure with high mechanical resistance and very good dielectric properties, ensuring stability and protection of components in various working conditions.
