Description
ROYAPOX 512 is an epoxy system designed for the impregnation of electric motor windings. The product is used in trickle impregnation processes in mass production and in service work.
Once cured, the material forms a compact structure with high mechanical resistance and very good insulating properties, ensuring the stability of the windings during the operation of the device.

A – ROYAPOX 512 – epoxy resin
B – ENDURECEDOR 512 – hardener
Mixing ratio: 100 : 23 by weight
Pot life of the mixture: approx. 60 minutes
Curing: 130°C for 5–6 minutes
Post-curing: 120°C for 1 hour
Once cured, the material forms a compact structure with high mechanical resistance and very good insulating properties, ensuring the stability of the windings during the operation of the device.
