Description
ROYAPOX 915/500 is a one-component epoxy resin designed for the impregnation of stators and rotors of electric motors. The product is used in dipping, VPI processes, and partial rotor impregnation using the trickle method.
After curing, the material forms a durable structure with very good dielectric properties and high resistance to centrifugal forces generated during motor operation. The resin ensures thermal conductivity and stability of the windings under demanding operating conditions.
Thermal class: H (180°C).

Curing
approx. 1 hour at 150–160°C – rotor impregnation using the trickle method
approx. 2–3 hours at 150–160°C – dipping impregnation
