Description
ROYAPOX 915 is a one-component epoxy resin designed for impregnating stators and rotors of electric motors. The product is used in immersion (dipping), VPI processes, and partial rotor impregnation using the trickle method.
Once cured, the material forms a durable structure with very good dielectric properties and high resistance to centrifugal forces generated during motor operation. The resin also provides good thermal conductivity and stability of windings under demanding working conditions.
Thermal class: H (180°C).

Curing
approx. 1 hour at 150–160°C – rotor impregnation using the trickle method
approx. 2–3 hours at 150–160°C – immersion (dipping) impregnation

ROYAPOX 915/500 - Viscosity approx. 500 mPa·s / Application: deep penetration of windings
